If you’re having a wonderful day and it feels like nothing and no one can bother you, then do as this elderly lady did and just dance. Dance your heart out like there’s no one around you.

Even if they’re all watching and taking pictures of you. Dance because they’ll eventually smile and may even join in the process.

Spread the good vibes, grandma!

She must have been feeling great to be out shopping at Macy’s. Grandma looks real nice with her coat and scarf too!

She must have been the life of the party back in her day with her dancing and style. And even at her age, that party bug is still in her. Funny when a lot of thirty somethings complain of knee problems.

The song is Drake, Rihanna, and Popcaan’s “Too Good Remix”, and this elderly lady sure feels too good!

“She was what everyone there needed at that moment. She put so many smiles on the faces of the people there and now is putting smiles on our faces as we watched her. Thankful this came up on my timeline. Truly heartwarming!!” says a happy viewer.

So when was the last time you broke out in a happy dance?

See, aside from the obvious benefits of dancing, which is pure bliss, there are many other health benefits to moving your body around to the beat. Pretty sure you feel them too.

Dancing is a great way to keep your body and mind healthy. Studies have shown that dancing can help you lose weight, stay flexible, reduce stress, make friends, and so much more.

The best part is that it’s free! Get up and get moving!

Dancing may help boost your memory which can help prevent dementia from developing as you get older. Aerobic exercise and dancing have been shown to reverse volume loss in the hippocampus.

That’s the part of the brain that controls memory. Since the hippocampus naturally shrinks during late adulthood, that can lead to impaired memory and sometimes dementia.

No one wants to forget.

Now with our often busy lives, stress and depression are very real enemies people deal with. Probably why men and women hit up bars for a few drinks and a lot of dancing!

Grandma here doesn’t need a drink or a bar though. She’s fine and will dance when she wants to.

Even the store’s staff and other customers are feeling grandma’s vibe. Phones out, smiles wide, and she’s still dancing!

They say that dancing improves overall heart health, breathing, and quality of life. Grandma here is the perfect example of all three now, and we can only hope others follow her example.

She’s so happy, even the others can’t help but smile as grandma spins around and makes her way toward them.

Grandma was dancing as she waited for her order. Her visit to Macy’s made everyone’s day!
